ub-agents retry

Run ub-agents retry after fixing why an item stopped. It resets the failure count with your reason. Labels stay as they are.

$ ub-agents help retry
usage: ub-agents retry NUMBER --reason REASON [options]

Record a human-authorized reset of blocked work and attempt limits. Use after
resolving the cause; stop labels and missing triggers still prevent pickup.
Without --agent, print and use the first configured agent whose kind applies to
the item.

options:
  --agent NAME           configured agent (default: first matching item kind)
  --reason REASON        record why the human-authorized reset is justified
                         (required)
  --config PATH          project configuration (default: ub-agents.yaml)
  -h, --help             show this help

examples:
  ub-agents retry 143 --reason "Blocker resolved"
  ub-agents retry 150 --agent reviewer --reason "Checks restored"
